Dr. Joaquin Vespignani is an Associate Professor in Economics and Finance at Tasmanian School of Business and Economics, University of Tasmania. He is a program director and research associate of the Centre for Applied Macroeconomic Analysis at the Australian National University, and research associate at the Globalization and Monetary Policy Institute at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. He also serves on the National Economic Panel at the Economic Society of Australia. He specializes in Applied Macroeconomics, Energy Economics, and Money and Finance.
